At NinjaBeee, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

 

Eligibility for Returns

·         Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

·         Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

·         Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as diapers, feeding accessories, baby bottles, breast pumps, and personal care items cannot be returned unless defective upon receipt.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return:

·         Contact our customer support at support@nivrotech.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

·         Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.

·         Our team will review your request and arrange pickup or provide return instructions (depending on location).

·         Returned items will be inspected upon receipt before a replacement or refund is processed.

 

Refunds

·         Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

·         Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

·         For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

 

Exchanges

·         Exchanges are subject to product availability.

·         If the requested replacement item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be provided instead.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective on arrival:

·         Diapers and wet wipes

·         Feeding bottles, nipples, and sterilizers

·         Breastfeeding accessories (pumps, storage containers, etc.)

·         Towels, blankets, and clothing that have been used or washed

·         Clearance or sale items

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

·         If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

Cancellation Policy

·         Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

·         Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to the return process above.
